Adding yoga to your healthy eating plan has many advantages. If you’re stuck at home like I’ve been all week, it’s easy to do. If you’re just starting out I recommend working with a yoga teacher at first until you’re comfortable or take a beginning class. Many yoga studios offer a few classes free so you can decide what yoga practice fits your style. Check with your local studios.
Here’s a great article on starting a yoga program.
Seasonal healthy foods I’ve added this week.
I’ve also been enjoying the last of the concord grapes and tomatoes from my garden.

When the pumpkins are on sale I make a good hefty soup with them, but I’d like them to last longer. If I leave them in the kitchen, after a few weeks they die. How do I store them to make them last?
This year’s pea harvest was totally flooded out, which is going to make frozen peas hard to come by, or very expensive. I’ve started buying dried peas, and so making a thick soup with pulses would be a good idea. What is the best way to treat dried peas please?
